Why Financial Services & Insurance Expertise Matters
In the complex landscape of financial services and insurance, having a partner who deeply understands your industry isn't just beneficial—it's an essential “Best of Breed” solution.
A large financial services and insurance organization faced significant frustration: their existing vendors provided quality general-purpose solutions but consistently fell short in understanding their unique industry requirements. This gap created ongoing integration challenges with key systems like Digital Asset Management (DAM), Client Relationship Management (CRM), and Identity Providers (IdP), and limited their ability to optimize data and achieve desired outcomes. They recognized the critical need for a partner who inherently understood their business—a partner with financial services expertise embedded in their DNA.
When introduced to Celera, this organization found precisely what they'd been missing. Celera's solutions, built specifically for highly regulated financial services and insurance sectors, have evolved continually over 25 years. Our deep industry expertise, proactive guidance, and tailored support resonated immediately, including seamless integration with existing Single Sign-On (SSO) systems. The client chose Celera, and today, after more than eight years, they continue to benefit from this specialized partnership.
The Celera Advantage:
Deep understanding of intermediary markets and wholesaling processes.
Expertise managing complex advisor and agent relationships, licensing across multiple firms, products, and jurisdictions.
Flexible, advanced systems supporting intricate firm selling agreements, enabling tailored approval workflows at both product and individual-item levels.
Proven proficiency navigating marketing versus compliance-oriented content, including statutory prospectuses, summary prospectuses, and FINRA letters.
Midsized Organization Finds Celera’s All-In-One Solution Cost Effective
Our main contact at a mid-sized but growing financial services organization felt like she was on a constant merry-go-round of licensing changes, renewals, and upgrades. She worked with Celera’s Storefront solution, with an eDelivery-based Sales Enablement solution with expensive per seat licensing, and she was considering adding a new omnichannel campaigns solution with bounce to print capabilities.
She streamlined her systems and reduced costs by expanding her use of Celera’s Storefront solution and adding the Campaigns Module with bounce to print capabilities. She continued to leverage the existing DAM and CRM integrations, but it was able to leverage Celera’s eDelivery capabilities—both one to one and one to many—to significantly reduce her seat licensing of their sales enablement solution. She did not eliminate the other sales enablement solution completely, but simply reduced her per seat licensing costs.
Also, we discussed their campaign needs, and together we determined that she could leverage Celera’s Omnichannel Campaigns Module with bounce-to-print and eliminate the need to add a new campaign solution. The module was the most cost-effective solution to meet her needs. The same Celera Workbench Item Admin solution and item admin team was able to administer all these items, so that no new administrative solutions or team members needed to be added.
‘We made major improvements in terms of the cohesiveness and efficiency of our sales and marketing efforts, and it was so much easier and more cost effective to license and manage less solutions.’

Major Insurance Firm Saves Big with Celera’s All-in-One Integrated Solution
A leading national financial services organization sought Celera’s assistance to extend their existing Celera Storefront solution beyond traditional collateral fulfillment, aiming to incorporate comprehensive eDistribution capabilities for sales and marketing materials, kits, and forms. An internal team had previously implemented a general-purpose sales enablement solution, but due to high per-seat licensing costs and a lack of tailored financial services capabilities, the solution was deemed impractical for widespread deployment across customer service and support departments.
Celera’s Storefront solution, already well-integrated into the organization’s systems with seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality, provided a cost-effective alternative. Leveraging existing compliance and suitability business rules already embedded within the system, Celera swiftly activated robust eDistribution functionality—demonstrating the capabilities within just 36 hours. After brief testing, the new functionality was successfully deployed into production, quickly scaling to support thousands of users generating approximately 250,000 eDistribution orders annually.
In a follow-up assessment, the organization highlighted three primary advantages:
Eliminated costly implementation processes
No additional per-seat licensing expenses
Zero incremental training costs, thanks to seamless integration into an already familiar interface
These efficiencies translated into estimated savings of $100-175K in initial implementation and ongoing annual savings of approximately $60-120K.
The Celera Advantage:
Minimal implementation expenses
Advanced financial services-specific compliance and suitability management
Elimination of ongoing per-seat licensing fees
Unified, efficient user experience for both traditional fulfillment and eDelivery
No additional training requirements, reducing both cost and complexity
