  • Larry Hitchcock, Managing Director

    Larry is a Milwaukee native and seasoned entrepreneur. He spent over 30 years in California, working across startups, enterprises, and venture capital. He now leads Saas Opportunity Capital’s acquisition and portfolio management and Celera’s evolution into Saas, cloud-native offerings.

  • Kevin Klein, Chief Technology Officer

    A Chicago native residing in Milwaukee for 30 years, Kevin’s tech career began at Strong Funds in 1989, leading major financial system developments and Unix/SQL technology transitions. His experience in equity trading and marketing consulting led to co-founding Celera Systems. As the CTO of Celera, he has been crucial in steering the company through significant technological evolutions and expansion into digital marketing.

  • Erin Delacroix, Head of Product & Design

    An entrepreneurial Silicon Valley Design and Product veteran, with seven US patents and three industry product design awards (one international), Erin’s been instrumental in launching products used by ~1B+ monthly global users, netting $200B+ in revenue across LinkedIn, MSFT, IGT, World Golf Tour (acq by Topgolf), eBay, One Kings Lane (acq by Bed Bath & Beyond), and Wells Fargo.

  • Dave Stroebel, Vice President Client Sales & Support

    Dave, a Wisconsin native with a BBA from UW-Milwaukee and an MBA from Concordia University, has over 33 years of experience in IT and software-focused sales, marketing, and product management. Since 2003, he has played a key role at Celera, driving the growth and support of various financial services software products.

  • Tim Kannenberg, Vice President Of Engineering

    A lifelong Wisconsin resident and graduate of UW-Madison, Tim has spent the past 30+ years developing software for the financial services industry. Since joining the Celera engineering team in 2004, he has been instrumental in building the core of Celera's product line.

  • Shawn Holobaugh, Software Implementation Specialist

    Shawn, a retired Army vet with an MBA, has 20 years in financial services, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales. With past roles at Nationwide and Toppan Merrill, he's skilled in leveraging technology for efficiency and scalability. He's been applying his expertise at Celera Systems for five years.

  • Jeff Dart, Vice President of Operations

    Jeff, an Indiana University alumnus with 27 years in financial services in Milwaukee, is a progressive leader known for managing technology-driven, high-performing teams. At Celera since 2014, he's spearheaded initiatives enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance.

  • Mark Leber, Business Development

    A seasoned Business Solutions Executive with expertise in Sales Enablement and Marketing Communications. His experience spans FSG, Toppan Merrill, and back to FSG, with a focus on FinServe and Pharma Technology solutions. He excels in Digital Delivery, Print Management, Variable Data Printing, Distribution, Sales Enablement, and Direct Mail.
